I haven't tried the app yet, but plugged it in and it worked without any adjustments. Display shows time, voltage, amperage and Kw delivered. The only issue is the L2 plug to the car does not smoothly plug in and is often difficult to unplug.

It started off with removing all the plastic from around the cable. Not sure if there would be a better way here to produce less waste? Then I was a bit disappointed with the charger holder being in plastic as it stays outside and it is hard to say how long it will sustain harsh weather, we'll see. The cable is much heavier and thicker than the charger that came with the car, which is nice so hopefully this charger cable won't break internally like our other charger cable did. I was hoping to use the mobile app with the charger but it isn't available on Google Play and we have to sideload it, which is a big *NO* in terms of security. That explains my 4 for features because I won't be able to get these features I paid for. It took time to figure out how to get the charger working. I tried the various amperage settings a few times but it wouldn't work. I can't really explain what I did to get it to work but it is working reliably now. A few weeks ago, I had the warning red indicator flashing for no apparent reason. I unplugged the charger from the electrical outlet and plugged it back it and the light stopped flashing and the charger kept on charging. Again, we'll see how that fares over time but so far so good. Good price so far but how long it will work will define if it is really a good price or not.

Once we had an outlet installed the unit worked as planned and is now charging vehicles as expected. The only complication we had was that it shipped with a four wire plug that was incompatible with the other uses for our outlet. I took the chance and we cut the plug off, found that only three wires were connected, as expected, and replaced it with a three wire 240 volt plug compatible with the outlet. That's working well, and maybe useful for many US customers to know that even though it comes with a four wire plug, only the 240 volt pins and the ground are actually connected. Is there for possible to connect it to a 240 volt outlet without the common lead.

Good value for the price. Small display but packed with useful information. Nice heavy duty cable sufficiently long to reach all corners of garage. Car plug a little stiffer to insert and remove than factory level 1 charger. Been using for a month with no issues. Would buy again.

La longueur de fil de cette borne fait en sorte qu'on peut charger un véhicule même s'il y a un véhicule de stationné plus près de la borne. C'est pratique pour la voiture à faible autonomie qui doit être constamment chargée (de toute façon, le chargeur à bord de ce véhicule est limité à 3.1kW, c'est donc tout à fait correct que cette borne soit à 16A). L'autre borne que l'on possède ne permet pas ce genre d'arrangement. Un petit point négatif pour le setup de la borne. Faut être débrouillard pour connecter l'appli, le réseau et tout le reste d'où les 3 étoiles pour cet aspect. Tant qu'on n'avait pas fait le setup, on était à 10A - qui doit être le défaut probablement.

Product looks good and sturdy. The cord is very long which facilitates setup. The only issue is the wifi setup via app. Manual and app are not very clear with instructions so took quite a few tries to get it right. Once setup though, works well

Took 2 weeks to actually ship after providing the tracking number the day after I placed the order.. Arrived and worked as expected. No problems after shipping delays.

works great so far (after 1 month), It connected to the android app without problems, I can control the current as advertised, and works well also on a dryer socket (240V/30A, with an additional adapter). The app can start delayed charging, shows the energy consumed, and produces charging reports. The app could be improved, however, for example to also stop charging after a given time. The app has some bugs: 1. if the power is cut (power outage), it won't restart charging automatically (by itself) when power comes back!!! So you can wake up in the morning with an empty battery if it was a 2seconds power drop overnight? 2. Also, no report is generated when charging overnight? But the most dissapointing is that I cannot use it as a normal charger, just plug-and-charge, I couldn't find a way to charge the car WITHOUT the app, it just won't activate, i.e. turn on charging.
