Absolutel worst company I’ve dealt w in my life , owned a product for one hours , not used and they wouldn’t allow me to return it They finally after weeks of sending pics and whining finally offered to give half my money back. I shoukd have researched them before I purchased as this apparently what they like to doo per other reviews on Reddit I would never buy from this company again , you get what y pay for , just spend more and save yourself the headache I’m Also convinced they sold my phone number and email as my spam blew up after my purchase, total nightmare compsny I’d give -100 stars if possible

Does not work

if the product didn't come with a promise of an app, the rating would have been better. But downloading the app doesn't work and the instructions are terrible. I gave up after many attempts. So I'm not using the app that is included in the price. The charger itself works great. The plug is inside our garage and the 25ft is just enough to reach outside the garage when I don't want to park the car in the garage.

The cable is a good price, seems sturdy, but I have not unwrapped it and actually used it. I accidentally purchased the wrong type of cable. The one I wanted was half the price, but support will not exchange or refund. Pay attention to their refund policy :(

Wire too thick and rigid for use outside in the cold and to store in your car. Impossible/too long to fold back into case, specially below zero . Application ok specially when you want to start the charging after you plugged it in. I have a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2019. It should start charging automatically when you lock your doors and it did the first 2-3 Times, now i have to start the charge with the application. Ok replacement for the price considering butine a new one is over 2000$ at Mitsubishi!!!!

Vevor Level-2 Portable EV Charger is Medium grade charger 1. It mention 40Amp but actually it is 32Amp only never ever pass 31.8Amp 2.The apps not support charger it shows so many options for home things thats not belongs to us. 3.If you have need altert by message in emegry you need paid subscripition

The wire is coming out of the aluminium receptacle. Haven’t used it much, only in backup.

I bought this ev charger for 2 months, work great no complaint. But after 2 months suddenly no power on black screen. I thought the circuit breaker shutdown, inspected breaker is fine , checked voltage at the outlet good voltage. ... I don't know if i would recommend this product to any other buyer !

Even though advertised as "16A" it will not charge at 120V and 16A with a nema5-20 plug. There is no button or switch to enable this. Beware.
