Terrible experience, ordered a 4 pack for my trailer but let’s start off with the fact they only sent me 3 (only 2 were use able). Contacted support team only to get passed around and told to wait then get 0 response for days. Ended up waiting around 3 weeks while my trailer was torn apart and not useable. I will not be ordering from here again and hope if you’re looking to buy these don’t waste your time.

Boxes were damaged when arrived. Studs on three assemblies were falling out had to reinstall. Lock washers were wrong size. Inner bearing seal installed and inner bearing was not greased. Had to remove inner seals to get bearing out to pack with grease. Had to buy 4 new seals and 16 new lock washers. Not a great deal when the hardware store isn’t open on a weekend where we live and extra cost when everything is supposed to be included.

Very disappointed with these. Spend all the time and money to replace the brakes and the magnets are not strong enough to actually apply the brakes. Should have spend the extra money to get quality!

Box was packed horribly. I don't doubt that Fed-Ex wasn't gentle with it but it had no chance going from the West Coast to the East Coast with no packing materials. There was almost no cardboard left when it arrived and the Fed-Ex driver didn't even take it out of the truck and recommended I refuse delivery. I've ordered a bunch from Vevor and up until now have been happy but this is a major fail.
