I ordered 2 pair for a double axle trailer for a total of 4 hubs and brake assemblies. I only received 3. My repair took 2 weeks longer than expected and had to buy the 4th hub and brake assy from somewhere else because they dont sell them individually. The whole customer service is a joke. It is all by chat and they only respond once a day. If I could have talk to someone, the issue could have been resolved in 5 minutes. On a side note the packaging was horrible. The boxes were torn and partially open.

I bought 4 brake assembly and when they arrived the boxes were all beat up, but thats usually the case with heavy brake parts! I assembled them and 2 of the brake/hub assemblies would not spin well at all. I found that both had very bent backing plates and one of the drums was casted poorly and had sharp imperfections inside the drum. I grinded down the sharp spot but they still wouldn't turn. I tried everything i could to straighten the backing plates. I did also swap parts around to make sure thats definitely what was wrong. I contacted vevor and the conversation took over 2 weeks of only getting 1 response a day between 1-3am which was annoying and after trying all the things I already did over again as they suggested they offered me 30$ back and told me to hit the brake shoes with a hammer until they fit! I had enough at that point and I just sent it hammering on them and they just were so beat up by the time they didn't rub that i wasn't willing to even run them. So I ended up buying 2 dexter assemblies which worked perfectly and that was that. So id say its a gamble to buy vevors products. They 100% will not help you at all atleast in my experience atleast. The quality r we ally wasn't bad but if they dont show up perfect apparently thats that and they won't help you! Whether or not you roll the dice is up to you. I won't again thats for sure.

Ordered two brakes and one was damaged.

These brakes are very poor, and don't stop the trailer. Barely any drag, with the controller turned all the way up.

Les performances de freinage ne sont pas terribles, je crois que les aimants ne sont pas très performants. Même si on auguemente le output sur le module de frein électrique c’est pas extra, pour le reste ca va.

Magnets on backing plates failed within a week of installation

they do not work i had to throw all 4 of them all away, i lost all the money! and buy new ones from Dexter and that seems to solve the problem,

I purchased these, and they came fairly quickly. They were easy to install and appeared to be of good quality. However, after installing and adjusting them, they could barely hold an empty trailer. My mechanic tried readjusting them, which resulted in a slight improvement. After loading a 3-ton machine and combining it with the trailer, making it 8k, they still would not hold. These are more for a 7k axle landscaping trailer, not for equipment trailers.

Magnets hum but very little braking action, not the tow vehicle fault because it works great on other trailers I own or use. Almost looks like brake actuation arm is in backwards.

Not very impressed with brakes. They do not work very well.
